Order window

Open: 24/7, all orders received within the week from Mon-Sun will ship the following week.
Orders received after 11:59 PM Sunday will be treated as orders for the following week.

Delivery

Delivery fulfillment days:
all orders received by that Sunday 12:59 p.m. Will be shipped that following week.
Customer scheduling:
Customers will choose the method of delivery.

Order cutoff and timeline summary

Sunday: 12:59 P.M.
Order placement day (all orders accepted for that week)
Monday:
Administrative day (confirmations sent; any issues resolved)
Tuesday–Thursday 7 AM–7 PM:
Production, packing, quality control, and deliveries

Notes & policies

Minimum lead time: Orders must be placed on Sunday.
Order changes: Request changes via email; accepted per the change cutoff times above.
Special orders (large quantities or custom requests): Require advance notice—contact us for further details.
